Does sax-ccessories have a Low Price Guarantee?
SAX-CCESSORIES works every day at keeping its prices as low as possible. Simply let us know if you have found a saxophone or accessory at a lower published cost elsewhere. We will make every effort to meet and/or beat that price. SAX-CCESSORIES will not be under sold!
Are all items shown available at all times?
Not all items are in stock at all times. That is simply not possible given all of the product options available from manufacturers around the world. For items that are not in stock, SAX-CCESSORIES can obtain most accessories within 4-5 days. For items not in stock at our suppliers, you will be contacted within 48 to inform you of back orders and expected wait times. Once all items are received, SAX-CCESSORIES will ship your order immediately. If the back order wait times are unacceptable to you, let us know and we will cancel your order and refund your payment … no hassles! If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please e-mail or call us immediately.
What if you are looking for a product not shown on the sax-ccessories website?
If you are looking for something not shown on our website, including most other band and orchestra supplies for all instruments, let us know. We can special order most of those items for you.
What forms of payment are accepted?
You may pay through our secure shopping cart using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA credit cards. The name you will see on your credit card statement is "T&B Enterprises". PayPal is also accepted. SAX-CCESSORIES is a verified Authorize.net merchant and our shopping cart features 128-bit SSL encryption to keep your payment information safe. All payments are made in full at the time the order is submitted.
Is sales tax charged?
8.25% sales tax is applied to California residents only. This fee does not apply to orders outside the state of California.

Will sax-ccessories send my order to an address other than my billing address?
If a Buyer wants a package to be sent to an address other than their billing address, the Buyer’s payment provider must approve modified ship to address. The approval should be e-mailed to sales@sax-ccessories.com. If approval is not received, the order will be sent to the Buyer's billing address. SAX-CCESSORIES does not send orders to post office boxes.
What if sax-ccessories receives an order back that has been refused by the Buyer?
If a shipment is refused by a Buyer, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the order has to be re-sent, the Buyer is responsible for those shipping expenses.
What if my order is damaged in shipment?
Orders are sent fully insured. SAX-CCESSORIES and USPS must be notified within 48 hours of any damage. Photos should be taken and all of the packaging materials must be kept for USPS to review. An insurance claim will need to be filed with USPS by the person receiving the package.

Do we buy used saxophones or accept trade-ins?
SAX-CCESSORIES seldom buys used instruments. We also seldom accept trade-ins. When in doubt, please ask., If we are interested in purchasing your saxophone, you will receive a written offer for the instrument.
Does SAX-CCESSORIES have a privacy policy?
Yes, SAX-CCESSORIES will never sell, trade or exchange your personal information with any other business entity or individual. We sell saxophones and accessories - not names, e-mail addresses, and/or any personal information. SAX-CCESSORIES will from time to time e-mail you newsletters, coupons, and special offers. Just e-mail us and let us know if you would like to be removed from the mailing list.
